To get a decent drive in there and the maxed out graphics card, you’re at over $3000!!!!! I remember when the Mac Pro (the REAL one that you could add PCI cards to and upgrade it yourself) used to cost under $2400. To make this thing usable, you need to spend at LEAST $2800.
